It is generally recommended that the time we take to pass urine should also be the time to pass stool. But the modern lifestyle has hampered our gut health to such an extent that we take up to 10-20 minutes in general to pass stool properly. Despite of putting a lot of pressure on the stomach region, we cannot get the gut clean sometimes. If you are continuously facing these kinds of issues, please note it’s high time now and you have to take the step to make the gut clean.

So, let’s begin the schedule. Try to follow this at least 5-7 days in a month.

  • Starting from the morning, when you wake up take a glass of normal water, squeeze a few drops of lemon and a few pinches of salt and drink it empty stomach. It releases the gastric juices in the body and stimulates the proper functioning of the intestine. The toxins are flushed out and the body feels lighter than before. It also helps in digestion and increases metabolism.
  • Go out for your walk now or the yoga classes or try to do some exercise at home itself. Do not consume anything for half an hour from this.
  • After coming back, have 1 spoon of fresh aloe vera gel along with one cup of warm water.
  • Now, go to the washroom get freshen up and get ready for your office school or college wherever you want to go.
  • Have a bowl full of fresh fruits for breakfast. It can be any fruit ranging from seasonal fruits to seasonal fruit anything but has to be a fruit for sure. If you don’t feel the stomach to be full you can have one bowl of Dalia or Oats. It will provide enough fiber, vitamins and minerals to the body. It will also help in keeping you recharged.
  • Please try not to consume tea or coffee in the breakfast. If it has been in habit for a long time, try to have herbal tea, green tea, hibiscus tea etc.
  • Now, its time to have a healthy lunch. But wait, before having lunch, you will have to eat a bowl full of fresh fruits and vegetables. for lunch, you have to take one bowl full of pulse, one bowl of cooked vegetables, 2 chappatis and rice. If possible try to keep the chappatti of Gram Flour or Multigrain or Millet Roti which would improve your digestion. Try not to take plain Wheat Flour Chappatti. Wheat is not gluten-free so it sticks to the walls of the intestine hindering the process of detoxification of the body. Millets are full of fiber and gluten-free.
  • Have some grams and one cup of herbal tea around 5 pm in the evening.
  • Try to have your dinner before 7 pm. It should be light and healthy as much as possible. If we have dinner early the stomach will get a lot of time to digest the food and keep the work of the intestine less. The detoxification process will get faster. The body will repair itself naturally.
  • If you feel very hungry at night, you can take one glass of milk in the night and add some turmeric power in it. You can also try Isabgol Powder if you want. It also regulates Cholesterol and blood sugar levels in the body. You have even consumed some dry fruits along with milk.
